Pickup is very quick! I came back to browse and was ecstatic to find friendly, helpful service and a wide variety of products. I had the best experience I have ever had at a dispensary here!

I had a very pleasant experience at this dispensary, the Budtenders were very nice and helped me find what I was looking for, The inside is really cool and nice things to look at and do while you wait in line if there is one. very quick and easy and friendly. the prices are pretty good considering the area. Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

This is my go to store! The bud is always good and the dabs are out of this world. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. The free 1/8 drawing is a big plus.

LOOOOVE this dispensary!!! I honestly can't say enough good things about them. The vibe of the whole place is great, the staff is spectacular (so friendly and they remember your face), their prices are reasonable, and their deals/sales are absolutely fabulous. They sell lots of fun extra stuff, too, that's a ball to look through (for example, I got my stepdad a book of how to turn 100+ objects into something you can smoke out of - hilarious!). Can't recommend this dispensary enough!! (And DEF see them for 04/20, it's a total blast!)

I love Rize the employee are great helpful and knowledgeable about products. Service is fast easy to shop online. And for seniors you get 10% back I was so excited the first two times I went I forgot to tip I was so excited to receive money back. Keep up great work!

I will say: I kick myself every time I get home from RIZE and realize how much they just charged me, but they can't necessarily help that. I suppose they could, probably lose money then though. It's the nature of the market right now. They've got us by the balls so to speak. Anyway. from a lifelong head, RIZE UP has product that is pretty damn good, and there are some deals to be had. They've also got an interesting selection of locally grown (if I'm not mistaken), really, really pretty good and proper flower from time to time. I mean The Real Deal. Every once in a while you'll catch a sack you've just got to buy. It's usually three bills though, smh :) I'd declare RIZE UP to have been a welcome and much needed part of this community in a trying time. Imagine all the hand-to-hand, house-to-house — bong-passed-to-the-left while you're there — deals we'd all be going through during a pandemic. Without a storefront like this one, who knows? 4.6/5

First off i just wanna say i loveee this establishment i have yet to experience anything less than great customer service from everyone. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being serviced by Deanna and just like our past interactions she was a pleasure and had me dying laughing. Besides the great vibes she and the other lady with the now orange hair always gives me but she went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her kindness and her very contagious personality that made my transaction and visit the best experience

this location is much less intense than the others in the area. they still of course follow the security regulations, etc. but this location has great staff, and a great vibe. their point system is awesome, and they're great with their customers no matter who the employee is. their prices can't be beat either. keep up with the specials because I will keep returning if you do.
