First time there today and they were very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they had. I felt very safe in the environment.I will definitely be back and will refer people there as well.

It's my favorite dispensary in all of Arizona. Always great service, good quality In house brand "Amber". Great deals on concentrates and Cory always gives me the best of the best:).

Hi Dasher, Dave here I was at one of my favorite dispensaries today. Antidote Michigan Avenue bud tender today was sky. I like this new product they got called ROVE it’s a vape and they sell pods and and they have the regular screw in cart so you suggested I tried one of the new ones premier cured resin. This is the best I’ve had if you go in there ask for Skyler Madison, New York, Lexi Jasmine Lulu they’re all good bud tenders don’t know what your budget is. Let him know if you’re looking for quality or quantity. They can make some really good suggestions. Lexi suggested some bud for my son for Thanksgiving. It was great. Have a good day. Okay, so this 65 yo steps in this shop and all works much better than expected. Really nice and good looking people helped out and were good hosts. I got something new and it was as described by the gentleman that helped me, I learned a couple of things, and I suddenly was very happy. My urban heroes ;) I'm writing this after my first experience with that beautiful flower! I have followed Leafly for quite a while now for all the great info and reviews that made me giggle and enhance my vocabulary. Thank you! I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R.
