I Love the environment at Herbal Phoenix, They are very knowledgeable about their products, everything is tax included so there are no surprise fees or anything like that so the price you see on their menu is the price that you pay. Service was Immediate and hassle free! The lady at the front desk was very charming and polite. You hand whoever's working at the desk your Medical license and ID, and then you're allowed to go past the locked door into a spacey colorful room with some music playing at a comfortable volume. I loved the atmosphere! She was really helpful and it was easy to select what I wanted. Would definitely come here again and I look forward to my next visit.

had an issue with my card at the ATM and was going to downsize my order from 2 14g of shake to 1 14g but they heard the ATM dinging in the other room and knew I was having a problem and still let me get the 2 14g's for $20.00. will definitely be going back.
