Customer service is 10 out of 10. I have been traveling to Houston for my CBD concentrates for over a month now and they finally are getting some CBD concentrates in stock because I called them and request them by far the best shop ever. Now I don’t have to go to Houston anymore. LOCAL SHOPS ARE EVERYTHING. Now they will have CBD shatter. I am so thankful and happy.

As a concentrate enthusiast, I highly recommend Sano Gardens. Never tried them before shopping here & was impressed by the quality. As for flower, their Veritas line had the biggest, frostiest & stanky nugs...makes for a tough choice!

The dispensary itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. I was impressed with the variety of strains available and the different methods of consumption, including edibles, tinctures, and topicals. Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. Chris made sure to explain the importance of starting with a low dosage and waiting to see how it affects me before consuming more. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly. What impressed me the most was the staff's emphasis on responsible use and safety. They provided me with clear instructions on how to properly use medical marijuana and the potential side effects to look out for.
