First time cannabis user, I was nervous about going my first time . I was greet by Collin at Registration who was super friendly and talked me through what I needed to do. In addition he said I can qualify for a discount on Tuesday’s because I am a healthcare provider. It was extremely nice to hear Veterans receive this opportunity as well . Next I was greeted by Nick who helped me with my order . He was very informative about products that could be beneficial to me after actively listening to my medical needs . I was so appreciative of the time and great customer service I received. Truly the Lancaster Ave dispensary staff were all nice , atmosphere quiet and clean . I highly recommend!

I’ve always had a great experience at Justice Grown in Dickson City. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. The dispensary is clean, organized, and the check-in process is quick and efficient. I appreciate how helpful they are when recommending products based on my needs, and everyone is always professional and welcoming. It’s easy to see why so many patients continue to come back. I have been to 8 different dispensaries, and Curaleaf Lebanon is my favorite. It is close to the top as far as pricing goes also and to receive special pricing you do not have to purchase 3 or 4 items like some other places. Employees are fast and friendly.

One of the absolute best dispensaries I've ever been too. Of course I support my local dispensary but I've been to a few around and in Pittsburgh as well. Brad and Michelle helped me through one of the worst days of my life. i deal with extremely bad social anxiety and they had some idiot working the door (thank God I never saw him again after that day) that had a nasty attitude and wasn't paying attention to his job which put me in a total panic attack Both Brad and Michelle made it a priority that I was on and helped me breathe thru it. Both even gave me hugs which I desperately needed that day. The overall cool, calm, and kindness from all the employees makes anyone feel welcome... like you've known them for years. Love them all!

All dispensaries should have a sampler package to purchase, e.g. one for sleeping, one for pain relief, one for focused attention, one for fun etc. Also, brochures with recommendations for new clients or sampler suggestions package. The newer customers don't know what we don't know when making a purchase. Elameth was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind during my visit. She made suggestions, and told me about discount programs available. Great person who is definitely focused on customer service!

This place is the best around by far! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. They really hustle and do their best to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible while not rushing anyone. Have questions about anything? they have the answers or will find them. There is another Curaleaf very close by but Brookville is by far more helpful, friendly, and organized. The sales are incredible, unlike any other dispensary. Sometimes they can be confusing or even redundant but that's on marketing not the store. Highly recommend Curaleaf Brookville as it is my preferred Medical dispensary.
