When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. Shana and Larry were fabulous I've only been twice but both times I had a great experience. Not only did they recommend some great sleep edibles but they answered all my questions and were so friendly. The place is clean and quiet also love that it's all displayed in glass cases so you can see what you're going to be purchasing.

We love this place, it’s like no other dispensary you’ll find in this area. It’s a quaint little shop with lots of good energy. It’s built inside what was once a grocery/butcher shop from the late 1800s. It has a shabby chic vibe, but if you need help finding what you need, the knowledgeable cannaseurs there know how to help you find that perfect bud or vape or gummy that will work for you. (Or resin or rosin or drinks, whatever you are looking for.) If you’re in the area, you really should stop in and just see this little gem! Almost forgot - the owner, Kelly, has her own brands. MYTCBD is the CBD brand and Torch Cannabis Co is her own brand for cannabis products she makes in her lab. She makes dosing oils, gummies, and vapes, and candy that is delicious. All of her stuff is full spectrum and gives a great experience. And the best part is she runs great deals every day.

I bought from this store because I live in Hyde Park, which is close to my residence. The head salesperson and trainer waited on me the first time I went. His detailed knowledge of cannabis was impressive. The second time I went, I got attention and excellent service. Lastly, the quality of the cannabis is above reproach. O. O. Johnson

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! Went today to give simply herb another chance. Haven't bought from there in at least a year. Low and behold they have a 7g Bananaconda slamming. For only 35 it has a great taste for Simply Herb.. I'll go there again for it!

I was visiting from another state and they were so accommodating. The cashier even told me about their deals for the day and helped with choosing items.

Friendly staff willing to talk with you about the best products for what you want, although in store pick up option is nice if you already know what you want. Decent prices and deals if you check often enough.

Great location and very friendly staff from the people at the door right up to the bud-tenders. Amazing selection of products, it’s probably 1 of the bigger menus in the area. It was my first time here and I really just came in for a Puffco Peak Travel Glass I couldn’t find anywhere else lol but after signing up for their vip/rewards program and I’m guessing they must’ve also applied the first time customer discount cause it got knocked down from $125 to $85. Their house brand flower Natures Heritage is for the most part really good (strain depending). After this experience I’ll def be back again.
