I have been to another dispensary down the street and I was very frustrated the way they were running the store. When I went to Ethos I was completely happy with the staff and the set up of the store. Customer service was excellent and the products are wonderful. Went to this store the past 3 times I’ve visited the smokies.Every employee is very friendly and helpful.The quality of the rosin pens and jars(different strain every time) has been amazing all 3 times. Definitely recommend

this location is much less intense than the others in the area. they still of course follow the security regulations, etc. but this location has great staff, and a great vibe. their point system is awesome, and they're great with their customers no matter who the employee is. their prices can't be beat either. keep up with the specials because I will keep returning if you do.

Every time I go this REV-FRESH POND, the environment & atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is also very good at making sure you ordered what you like & will even give you suggestions if they know of something better or a sale etc. that you may like. They'll take as much time as you need, (respectfully). THEY LISTEN TO THE CUSTO.ERS!! New product has come around. Whether it's REV or Guest Cultivar, THEY ORDERED!!! I was so happy to see their menu yesterday, fully stocked, sales etc. SALES EVERYDAY TOO!!! HAD AN AWESOME END TO MY DAY YESTERDAY BY STOPPING BY REV!!! LOOOOVE this dispensary!!! I honestly can't say enough good things about them. The vibe of the whole place is great, the staff is spectacular (so friendly and they remember your face), their prices are reasonable, and their deals/sales are absolutely fabulous. They sell lots of fun extra stuff, too, that's a ball to look through (for example, I got my stepdad a book of how to turn 100+ objects into something you can smoke out of - hilarious!). Can't recommend this dispensary enough!! (And DEF see them for 04/20, it's a total blast!)
