Kyle was absolutely FANTABULOUS! I came in for the first time on my birthday, and of course technology hates me, so my rewards account wasn’t working! Luckily Kyle was there to swoop in, save the day, and make my birthday absolutely magical! I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he deserves DOUBLE! Besides Kyle being an absolute ASSET to the team, the atmosphere was top tier (seriously I felt like I was stepping into a mini art installation), the prices were to die for, and the bud was almost too strong (in the best way) Thanks again Kyle, and the rest of the amazing staff for making my birthday special! I’ll definitely be back!

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. I loved the atmosphere of Sociale! from the second you are greeted by the security they are all incredibly kind. I have had the best times with Jeremy who works there! He is the BEST! and truly looks out for the customer :) i’ve been a pretty frequent buyer and since they opened I will not change dispensaries! they are the absolute best!!
