I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! I came in today for the 8/20 super sale today and I was being helped by Serena. While waiting on my medication to be dispensed I noticed a very polite bud-tender Aja was handling a very disgruntled customer. He was very rude to her and not at any point in time did she break her cheerful character. She saw the sale to the end with a smile and a positive attitude. Aja should be commended on her sales and customer service skills. Please done let these actions go unnoticed.

I see some BS reviews. I have been a customer since they opened their doors, almost 6 years now! If a customer can't verify they got their order how do you expect a business to drop everything and investigate. I worked at $100B annual revenue organization and spent a couple of years in Security. Proper security depends on clear procedures, methodology and only a limited number of people having access to the different functions such as evaluating evidence/tapes, special controls for each specific function and very limited access to cash out from accounts beyond simply making change. Another complained he burned through his order too fast - Wow so the MADE you party, eh? Must be tough! Anyway ridiculous complaints are something I complain about. I find their people extremely competent and have made well over a few hundred transactions without an error. The= employees know the majority of the products and are always great with assisting and answering questions. I have never felt rushed. Product varies and price may or may not be an indicator of quality. I have received excellent herb for as low as $100/oz. Overall outstanding products in a comfortable setting with great employees and decent prices! If you have not tried them you are missing out!! Check them out! Note there are 3 dispensaries within 100 feet! Reading Michigan is the place for your herbal shopping pleasure! just 10 miles from Indiana/Michigan state line! NOTE - Watch for Amish buggies and be careful on hills as we have a fairly large Amish community in the area!
