Really nice clean dispensary the budtenders are really knowledgeable about their product, there's a good quality amount of product, me personally I always go for the pre-rolls very good pricing on them, & budtenders are nice fun & down to earth.

Great place. employees are friendly, seem to be pretty knowledgeable about what they sell, and create a very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. They are locally and family owned and operated. they do their best to be helpful, and the surrondings and people make you feel like home.

The staff are very friendly and it was very clean. They have a good selection and are happy to help you with whatever you are looking for. I will be coming back here for sure!

I can't remember the managers name but she is awesome. I love that she set up a profile for me so that I can keep track of the things that I felt did not work as well as the things that did work. This place is very helpful and extremely patient oriented. It's refreshing to go into a place that doesn't ask what kind of high you'd like to have

Professional, knowledgeable staff; atmosphere was fun, product easy to find, and I felt comfortable. (I'm autistic, this is extremely important to me.) Staff gave me excellent guidance on products that address my specific needs- vegetarian edibles and appropriate dosing for me. Your 250 mg sour gummy edibles are both delicious and effective - I sleep so well!

I Love the environment at Herbal Phoenix, They are very knowledgeable about their products, everything is tax included so there are no surprise fees or anything like that so the price you see on their menu is the price that you pay. Not to mention they always have a variety of flower in stock a little something for everyone. I also love the fact that they keep leafly updated regularly so you know what they have in stock and what they don't have, and all their flower is tested so that is a plus for me. The staff is very friendly and it is a great environment will definitely make this my go to spot cant beat their deals and customer service! This place has such friendly knowledgeable staff. Sam greeted me outside because I was having a hard time finding the place. I believe Jake or Jacob was the guy helped me out with the flower and showed me some different strains. He also showed me a new website for additional information since I was interested healing some alignments I have. They both recommended some ice cream. Which by the way was delicious. I highly recommend this place. It was clean people were nice and had fair prices. Thank you guys for your help and being so friendly and welcoming also not being pushy and just trying to make a sale.

GREAT customer service and quality! Seriously some of the best I've had. Good deals and nice atmosphere. The downtown location doesn't have curbside at the moment, but it wasn't an issue for us. Just a heads up if you order online.
