I see there’s some mention about the online service. This is specifically related to the store off of River Highway. Always good service. Great people,clean good products at a reasonable price. Only place worth buying from in the area.

I only go to Apotheca locations in general to buy my products as I have come to trust them immensely because I know they only carry quality products! I was so happy when the Mooresville location opened as I work in Mooresville but live in another town, having this location is super convenient for my work week to pick up things and the staff is always so extremely friendly! I love how welcoming they always are to me and how they always have great knowledge for any product question I may have! I wanted to be sure I wrote a review for this location as I have for other locations that I have visited because Apotheca really just knows how to do customer service right and I wanted other potential customers to know that the staff at this location is a wonderful and helpful staff if you need guidance on products! They are always super well organized and welcoming!

West coast buds in NC. This place is incredible. Dispo is a business you can trust and rely on. They have consistency in the quality of their products and the best prices in the area no doubt. No place can hold a candle to this dispensary. It’s a place you can come to vibe and hangout, escape, heal, whatever you need. They’ve built a community here and the flower, y’all it’s gas. Better than gas. Genuinely everything they sell is good and you can tell the owners have experience with flower. Good cannabis and good vibes is in the DNA here.

AMBER – Shockoe Glow (Live Rosin Cartridge) Shockoe Glow is a smooth, body-focused live rosin cart that really shines when it comes to physical comfort and overall feel, without messing with your head. Onset & Overall Feel: The effects don’t hit all at once — it comes on gradually. Within about 5–10 minutes, I felt a calm, cozy sensation starting in my chest and slowly spreading through my body as a light tingling. My heart rate picked up just a bit at first, but it stayed comfortable and settled down quickly. Body Effects: This is where Shockoe Glow really stands out. It made it easy to notice and relax tension in areas where I usually feel tight, like my shoulders and joints. Stretching and moving felt good, and my body just felt more “open” and responsive. Physical sensation was noticeably enhanced, especially once I got comfortable. Mental Effects: Mentally, this stayed very balanced. I felt calm, focused, and present — not spacey, not sleepy, and not stuck in my head. I could relax, but I also felt like I could get up and move around without any problem. Mood & Desire: There was a light, natural increase in desire, especially with visual stimulation, but nothing overwhelming. It felt more like being open and receptive rather than suddenly feeling wired or distracted. Everything stayed very manageable and smooth. After traveling far and wide around the United States—frequenting dispensaries in places with enviable legislation… this is the best the High Country has to offer. Apotheca’s selection is as wide and varied as their knowledge. I’ve spoken to one of the employees on several occasions, and all of my questions are answered with an astonishing level of detail and confidence. One of the employees is a joy to chat with—I’ve not caught her name, but she has a pretty cool cowboy boot tattoo. If you’re in the area and considering a trip to a dispensary, you’d be very hard pressed to do better than Apotheca.

CJ and Dess were absolutely amazing! Went in after work for a reup and got pointed to some FIRE PB&J ice hash rosin, very satisfied with it! Will be back soon to try the papaya!

This is the epitome of what a local dispensary should be. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, the menu is clearly visible and legible, and the atmosphere is always positive and uplifting. And the cannabis itself is unquestionably high quality, which is really all that matters. I would choose this dispensary even if another was slightly closer.

Been going to this store and the one on E. Third St for some months now and their pre roll selections are fire! I like the peak joints the best but the other ones do the trick as well. Going to apotheca has been a new routine for me because I know what i’m getting is quality and it’s safe.
