Sweet Spot has both an excellent and knowledgeable staff. They are patient and answered all my questions. Their line of medical products is better than other dispensaries I have visited. Best of all, their prices on medical Tuesday are the best.

THE PLACE TO SHOP!! This dispensary consistently has the best pricing in Western Mass!! Deals like no other! Everyone is nice and the staff is respectful! I only wish it was in Westfield. Definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive to get an OZ and stock up!

Jim buddy’s is a great small business. I have gone in for a number of different products since they opened and never had a bad experience. Everyone is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the items they carry. If you ask for their opinion you get an honest answer. They have a wide selection of products for nicotine, flower, and concentrate including the nicotine, flower and concentrate itself. The prices are competitive and this is one of very few stores I prefer to go to in person over online but you can also order online but you will be missing out on the friendly informative staff. I absolutely recommend this to everyone it’s where my dad and boyfriend go for their vaping needs.

Thankyou to Erin for finding me find products that helped deal with body pain. I wasn't sure at first if they have parking but they have parking in the back and across the street. Everyone that works here makes me feel welcome and they are very attentive, It makes me look forward to coming in to shop!

Short wait, extremely helpful staff. Took a solid 30 minutes to review the menu with me and made a few great recommendations. As another reviewer mentioned, the vibes are immaculate.

This place is super awesome, very friendly and helpful. I actually had a issue with one of my vape pens I barely had for 24 hours just didn't work. They said bring back to store let us check it out. I thought man if they can't do anything I will be mad and lost out of $70. Guess what they were amazing seen it was not working and replaced it no issues what so ever. Good experience overall. The customer service rep who checked me in,is friendly and knowledgeable about product. I was called up to the back very quickly and the bud tender was honest and didn’t try to sell me shit, he was straight up about everything. The price was on point for a half gram disposable, just what I was looking for since I’m only in town for a couple more days. He recommended a disposable that I probably would have never looked at but this hits hard. Only regret is I didn’t get the names of the product or the friendly folks who helped me.
