Always a quick visit! Excellent customer service! The price match feature makes this my HOME dispensary. I hate giving it such a good review because I will start coming and make it slower. Absolutely Outstanding Store & Exceptional Manager! This store is truly top-notch. The selection is great and they only carry quality products. Selection is well organized, and also easy to browse. The whole place has a welcoming, relaxed vibe that makes you want to browse to see what else you might want. While we were there, one wall was being hand painted by an artist into a mural and it was finished when we returned the next day. Cool. I especially want to highlight Ryan, the manager I dealt with. He helped resolve a small billing issue and went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. This really made an impression. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for customers are outstanding - and customer friendly store policies allowed him to take care of me. You don’t see service like this very often anymore, where the staff principals both care and are allowed to do their job to support customer satisfaction. Five stars all the way. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this store to everyone I know!

Great experience at Crabtree. Went through the drive thru and used the pay by bank feature. The online order was filled in 5 minutes and I drove up and drove off in less then 2 minutes. This is my new favorite shop. Convenience is King.

Medz DC cannabis dispensary & weed delivery girl is truly phenomenal. The customer service and the hospitality this retail store offers. It’s just unbelievable and it’s just one of the best things any cannabis dispensary should do. These people are truly a role model in the customer service world they have a wide variety of product and their cannabis flower is actually good. It’s lap tested and official.

Was in the area and stopped to pickup gummies for sleep. I always take advantage of visiting places where rec mariquana is legal since I live in the ass backwards state of NC where we're ruled by republicans that have gerrymandered the districts to hell and back so they can control people's lives. lol, Funny but I'm serious at the same time. NC will likely be the last state to legalize pot but it'll probably happen only after it's legalized federally. Anyway, about this store, fantastic! Organized, with helpful staff, and reasonably priced. I have been to rec dispensaries in New Mexico, Colorado and California. California and New Mexico stores are excellent and I place this store in the same league. I may not need to bother with visiting these places much longer as the Cherokee tribe in Western NC is opening up for Rec Mariquana on their land on Sept 7th - so next month. They can do this as a sovereign nation, and the best part is they are driving the republican legislature of NC batty. It's fun to watch them twitch when they can't rule people... lol, and the revenue they are forfeiting by not legalizing is a clear demonstration of stubborn stupidity. I highly recommend Chesapeake Apothecary in White Plains, a great experience, great staff.
