Always a quick visit! Excellent customer service! The price match feature makes this my HOME dispensary. I hate giving it such a good review because I will start coming and make it slower. All dispensaries should have a sampler package to purchase, e.g. one for sleeping, one for pain relief, one for focused attention, one for fun etc. Also, brochures with recommendations for new clients or sampler suggestions package. The newer customers don't know what we don't know when making a purchase. Elameth was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind during my visit. She made suggestions, and told me about discount programs available. Great person who is definitely focused on customer service!

Absolutely Outstanding Store & Exceptional Manager! This store is truly top-notch. The selection is great and they only carry quality products. Selection is well organized, and also easy to browse. The whole place has a welcoming, relaxed vibe that makes you want to browse to see what else you might want. While we were there, one wall was being hand painted by an artist into a mural and it was finished when we returned the next day. Cool. I especially want to highlight Ryan, the manager I dealt with. He helped resolve a small billing issue and went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied. This really made an impression. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care for customers are outstanding - and customer friendly store policies allowed him to take care of me. You don’t see service like this very often anymore, where the staff principals both care and are allowed to do their job to support customer satisfaction. Five stars all the way. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this store to everyone I know!

Great experience at Crabtree. Went through the drive thru and used the pay by bank feature. The online order was filled in 5 minutes and I drove up and drove off in less then 2 minutes. This is my new favorite shop. Convenience is King.

super awesome staff! the day before yesterday i walked in for some carts and flower. i got to the telly and one of the carts wasn't pulling.
