During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

They are super helpful, respectful of all needs, and efficient. They have a wide selection of brands in all concentrates, bud, cartridges, edibles, pre-rolls, you name it! Highly recommend seeing this group of good people!

The owner here is very knowledgeable and eager to help. I love that she gives me realistic and honest expectations of what to expect from certain products, since I’m coming to SD from a different state with a much more established medical cannabis market. I’ve been really pleased with the quality so far and have found a few new strains I really like because of her recommendations. I absolutely love this place. There is always plenty of knowledgeable staff to assist with anything you need. They have always had what I need or wanted. The store has plenty of variety of strains and or brands. While I will always be open to other dispensaries to check them out, this one is my go to. Still learning names of everyone so I cannot call out any particular person for their excellence but really it doesn't matter because everyone there is amazing. I highly recommend this place!
