I really wanted to go for an in-clinic appointment but the clinic wasn't allowing it due to the current pandemic situation. But I am glad that I got my medical marijuana letter online without may problem. So, rather than visiting a clinic, one can apply online to get their rec letter too.

Wow! What a bureaucratic mess! And how great were the people at OMC in handling it! The process was professional, simple, and when a foul-up on the part of the state put a speed bump in the road (one state computer talking a different language than another), they were on the phone on a weekend ready to assist. A friendly company, a good doctor, and a straightforward process. What more could you ask for?

From walking me through setting up my phone to use Google Meet to the professionalism of the staff and doctor(s), these folks embody their name to a T. Online signup form was quick and simple, spoke to a representative at Mango Medicinal to schedule a tele-meeting with the doctor, and they were very helpful. Doctor was also very nice on the phone, not rushed at all, and I received my card in just a few days, not even a week.
