This is the only dispensary in this area so people who live around here really don't have a choice unless they want to drive an hour away. When they first opened up rec use here, the flower was old and dry. At least what I was getting was that way. Fast forward to 2025 and everything seems fresh now, but I do tend to look for new additions to the menu and get those. I saw where some people were complaining about price, but I compared the same exact products with dispensaries in KC and the prices are exactly the same. It's been my experience here where most of the staff are very friendly. Maybe not all of them all the time, but everyone has their bad days, so I don't fault them on that. Overall, I'd give this dispensary 4 out of 5 stars. The reason for the missing star is they don't have as large of a selection as other bigger dispensaries. But aside from that, these guys are right on par with everywhere else I've been to as far as staff, price and atmosphere. I'm very glad they are there because if they weren't, everybody would be driving to Joplin or KC all the time.

Mark is amazing. He meets you where you are, attending to what you need, not what products he’s trying push out the door. He’s everything you want in an owner, if you want to learn about the product and the bioscience behind it. I cannot recommend Herbal Solutions any higher… LOL.

I was just in there I bought a platinum OG all in one cart and it's not working I've tried to charge it still not working

All the staff are GREAT…the online ordering is super fast and you get alerts to your phone when ya order is filled and ready for pickup…so if ya haven’t been there yet and ya 420 friendly…swing by…GREAT inventory and easy and well informed kiosks on strains…potency…and effects…love this place…I’m there several times a week!!!!

My wife and I stopped by JARS for the first time, and we had an awesome experience. Lydia J, our budtender, was super friendly and helpful. She took her time explaining everything and helped us pick out some great pre-rolls and hash rosin. The selection was solid, and Lydia’s recommendations were perfect for what we were looking for. We left feeling really happy about our choices. If you’re new or just looking for good advice, definitely ask for Lydia J. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

I am new to this atmosphere, and was in way over my head when I first walked in. But Mr. Kyle made me feel so comfortable and walked me through the difference between the strains and what would work best for me, and I tell you, these night night gummies? They were EXACTLY what I was looking for. Kyle knew his knowledge about every product he brought up. I just told him what my symptoms were and what I was looking for, and I walked out with some night night gummies for night time, and a sativa vape for during the day time. And I see the difference Mr. Kyle was talking about. I just need a few little toots off my vape in the day time, and I have the energy and motivation to get whatever chores I may have, to get done. I highly recommend this place to ANYBODY looking for alternative medications. And if you're lucky, Mr. Kyle will be there, and he'll make you feel so welcomed, and you'll walk out with a lot of information gained. I will see y'all next week. 5 stars for Mr. Kyle!!! The budtender was not customer friendly git to the counter he walked away then asked "what you want " talked with store Manager and was very pleased with him. ill be back of course. I guess he was having a bad day.
