Hello! This is one of my favorite stores in Florida. The branding, atmosphere, and quality product are what thrives about this store.

I stopped by on 420 and I was very surprised. I found that Truclear 9lb hamner concentrate was on sale. Scott was very knowledgable and helpfull. I go to Trulieve because I know that I can trust Trulieve to have the very best products. I highly recomend Trulieve and their products. Thank you Trulieve for providing me with the medication I need to cope with my medical issues.

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.

Great people that are very knowledgeable. They take care of their costumers, and look out for your best interest. Been going here for a couple years and it’s my go to spot. I’m also a veteran with PTSD and since going there they have helped change my life.

Great staff and great product. I have chronic pain and many other health issues and MÜVs flower, carts, and topicals help me so much. The live resin carts are AMAZING. Still my favorite dispensary! :)

Awesome experience! Long read, BUT please take the time. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time experience for ALL of this. For this being something that's typically "scary" for first time users, you won't have that experience here. A little about my AMAZING experience. When I arrived, I was welcomed by the "door checker." It was chilly out and my first time (One page questionnaire to best serve you) and the "door checker" done his best to quickly sign me in, ensuring I wouldn't get cold. Once signed in I was brought in and asked preference in product to try. Once decision was made, I was taken to the next employee for the next step in the process. I was lead through the process and informed about the different perks/benefits in each of the different product options, ensuring I was comfortable, and knew what I was looking at, before proceeding. Once I chose my products of choice, I was informed of total and given a free T-Shirt, coke-can cooly, and a 20% discount, JUST for being a first-time customer. Paid for products, the products were explained and how to navigate use, if wasn't familiar. Was informed the benefits of each thing that was in the product I purchased and the things it could help with. Was then given an information sheet with the different benefits of things in the products and pharmacist information, should I ever have any questions. Then, was handed my purchased products and walked to the door. There's so much concern, care, love, knowledge, & passion, in these employees & what they do, that it's impossible for it to go unnoticed. For example, the employee that helped me with my decision in product, based on my needs AND preferences, stepped out with me to ensure me that I wasn't alone in my journey and not to be ashamed. That there was no such thing as a dumb question. They were all there with knowledge of different levels and if one didn't know another would. They learn from the pharmacist regularly, in varies ways. Didn't rush me off. Let me talk as long as I wanted/needed. Definitely made sure I knew I was welcomed back anytime. Also informed me about the delivery service option, should I ever want/need to use it. Before the end (and many times during) they ensured me it was ok to ask questions if I had any. They made it a priority to share the opportunity of their knowledge becoming my knowledge if it were an interest, before leaving. **RARE**OCCASION** ---- > I was very pleased with too many things to name, so please know, THIS is the reason, why I left a review. **!!WOW!!** Thanks for the amazing experience and incredible amount of knowledge, for just my FIRST TIME. **!!This location is my location of choice!!**

I would like to thank Tenkiller Natural Health for the great service I received. We are new to the area and have been looking for a dispensary that has knowledgeable staff and plenty of options on products. As of yesterday, the search is over. My first visit was yesterday, and I was totally pleased with the staff Kaitlyn and Austin. They were very helpful and patient to explain all the different options I could use and what the benefits of the products. I had tons of questions, but they were able to answer all, and I greatly all the help and information. I really loved how this location has so much to choose from and how clean and organized the establishment is. The process to apply for my Medical Marijuana card was very smooth, and I received it within 11 days. The prices were really good and I really like their reward program, which is a major plus. This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

The Smoky Grass Station is the Absolute Best! I found some cool smoking accessories that I wanna try and the Deals are incredible.

The medtenders and front desk host are very friendly and are willing to fit every need you could possibly have. Their products are by far the best I’ve had in my 3 years of being a patient. I highly recommend the new Keif that MUV released. It is very helpful when needing an extra kick for pain or sleep. Overall, beyond satisfactory.

My experience here was great, despite having bad experiences at other Muv locations. The employees at Auburndale Muv were extremely friendly and provided helpful info about sales. There were several good strains available to choose from and the wait was relatively short.

I have bought from multiple dispensaries and have found Trulieve to have the best products and most efficient service. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!
