It was my first time shopping at this little shop, I will be going back soon. The atmosphere of the shop is very chill and lively. The selection of flower is pretty good. The overall service, I personally wouldn't give them just 5 stars, 5 stars seems like too low of a score. This crew went above and beyond not just in asking but also listening. Yes, I will be heading to Madrid again soon! It's worth the drive!

By far the best customer service and products in colorado. The customer service is beyond top notch ryan is the man he always asks how im feeling and what I want to feel from all products from lotion to edibles. The team there never fail to amaze me and they even have dog treats. I came in on vacation with my partner who was having an autoimmune flareup. I talked to Nate (I believe) and explained she has never really smoked cannabis but was willing to try. Needed something lightweight, uplifting, and pain relieving. It was a tall ask, but he delivered and recommended a strain that was perfect and made the rest of our stay so much more enjoyable. He was very personable and sincere, and I would definitely return.
