We’re visiting from out of state and were looking around for the perfect shop. We got the opportunity to work with Sarah who was very patient and super friendly. The shop itself has such a cool vibe I would absolutely come back. Shout out to security and front desk who were very knowledgeable and friendly! The whole experience was pretty far out.

Very friendly staff. Really like the ambiance as opposed to other stores where I feel exposed because the extra open space and lighting. At this dispensary it feels more earthy, intimate, and calm (the way it should be in my opinion).

If you want to have the best possible Cannabis buying experience you have found the right place. New Generation has awesome operating hours, a beautiful design, and an AMAZING staff! This is by far my most favorite shop and I'm always excited to come here. Thank you everyone who works there for making it always fun to come in!

WOW. This place is like the Louis Vuitton store of weed. They carry all the bomb brands. But tenderswere super helpful and nice. This will be my only go to shop. I highly recommend checking them out. You won’t be sorry.

First time coming here, super stoked at the service I received. They were sold out of one item I had ordered online which sucked but I got amazing deals on a bunch of pre rolls. Only issue for me was the security.. on their phones, leaned against walls, attitude.. no real physical presence and as a veteran, these guys would be considered soft targets.

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). This was my first time at a dispensary by myself. I’m new to California, but not new to marijuana LOL. The staff was extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable every step of the way. Starting from the security guard at the door to the sales representative who sold me the flower. Usually I only smoke sativa, so the sales representative directed me toward the perfect strain of flower. The experience was so wonderful that I ended up buying an extra cartridge.
