I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)

The Show Room Grow Room is sooo coool!!! If you want a unique cannabis shopping experience that allows you to browse at your own will, this is the place for you! The staff is so friendly and ready to help you if needed but you can browse at your own pace without feeling rushed! They also have smell bar now where you can smell jars of the flower they sell! (:

Told me all the answers to my questions and made me feel like I wasn’t bothering him or wasting his time! Im so happy you can still call somewhere before wasting time and gas to find out it’s not what you wanted! This place is the best so far for me in San Jose ! Shoutout goes to Javier ! Very friendly staff. Really like the ambiance as opposed to other stores where I feel exposed because the extra open space and lighting. At this dispensary it feels more earthy, intimate, and calm (the way it should be in my opinion).

I just had a great experience with these folks so I had to hop on and give them reviews on whatever platform I could find lol. These guys are so reasonably priced and they have these INSANE discounts. I regularly take advantage of their buy two 1g cartridges get one for a dollar deals. They're already cheap, so I regularly get 3 x 1g Raw Garden cartridges for a total of $56 (plus tax). That's a great deal for Raw Garden. You have to look at their calander in advance but the savings are nuts. The customer service has been lovely as well. There was a mixup when I was trying to order something with a discount today and they gave me a bunch of store credit for the inconvenience. They gave me more than I would have saved with the discount. That's going above and beyond imo. That's what prompted me to leave a review today, but it's not the only time they've hooked me up. I rarely go anywhere else these days. I recommend this place to friends on a regular basis.
