I came in today for the 8/20 super sale today and I was being helped by Serena. While waiting on my medication to be dispensed I noticed a very polite bud-tender Aja was handling a very disgruntled customer. He was very rude to her and not at any point in time did she break her cheerful character. She saw the sale to the end with a smile and a positive attitude. Aja should be commended on her sales and customer service skills. Please done let these actions go unnoticed.

Micheal is a great employee. Greeted me by name. Was very efficient and polite. Always has a smile. Employees here are the best with great product and knowledgeable staff. Why I keep coming back.

That lady Madonna at 31% THC had me I mean had a brother feeling high I mean high school oh shit imma just pull over and chill at the mall parking lot to get it together and just chill type high and yo the settlement of it is just as effing good imma definitely keep my eye out for some more and always have it on deck . Every one here is really amazing! Especially Liz she’s the best. It’s definitely worth the wait! And there products are next to none! Don’t forget to get your 75$ off when you spend 150$ or more. That’s at every card renewal.

Simply LOVE this MÜV store! I was not too fond of them before from some of their other stores, but between the tenders, the clean and nice atmosphere, this one put me back on MÜV and their products. The employees are fantastic. If I were you, look for either Brad, he is very knowledgeable with the products and VERY easy on the eyes, Patrick, because he just gets along so well with you and vibes, and Tyshawn (Or Tyrone, not sure which!), because he is just funny and genuinely tries to help you as a patient. they are all great but try and avoid the long-haired female. Not sure of her name, but she was rude and seemed fake to me. Prices are sometimes high, but their stuff is worth it and they always have great sales, so it really isn't all that expensive. All in all, this store is great, and I highly suggest you try it if you are looking for a dispensary!

I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion. The Brooksville branch in particular that I go to is the most compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable.

Green Dragon continues their great Colorado roots here! From Colorado so familiar with them and shocked no one knows about them. Very potent genetic strains even for experienced users so start slow! Prices are unbeatable and their selection of flower is very wide. They got a good amount of glass pieces and accessories on display. It’s a little white building so keep an eye out.

It was comfortable, welcoming and the girl who helped me was absolutely stellar! Everything I got has been a huge help to me in getting theough my days with a lot less issues.

I stopped by on 420 and I was very surprised. I found that Truclear 9lb hamner concentrate was on sale. Scott was very knowledgable and helpfull. I go to Trulieve because I know that I can trust Trulieve to have the very best products. I highly recomend Trulieve and their products. The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Appreciate you.
