I normally try to only support USA dispensaries but this Canadian company MUV has very competitive prices and some of there strains that you can only get through MUV.. I love how they have a TIER type of Flower system... I normally get the GRADE B type flower when I go and its super.. For example, there GRU #10 is out of the charts and very tasty.... I have only been to the St Pete location a 1 time.. The place is super clean inside and they are very professional and have quite the system... I like the prices and there discounts and offers that they run weekly... I give the MUV dispensary in St Pete 5 STARS... *****Highly Recommend ******

My experience here was great, despite having bad experiences at other Muv locations. The employees at Auburndale Muv were extremely friendly and provided helpful info about sales. There were several good strains available to choose from and the wait was relatively short.

I decided to up my products and today purchased a Loofa Dragon Egg. I had never used a product like this so the associate members at the Lakeland facility took their time and explained to me exactly how to use it and what not to do and gave me some very good advice. I'm terrible with names but I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone that works at the Lakeland dispensary. They always know me by name and they always make a point to speak to me even if They are not my bud tender for The day.

This was my first visit to this dispensary and wow! They have friendly/excellent customer service. I did not ever feel rushed and Michelle kindly answered all of my questions and was super helpful and friendly. I’ve had experiences elsewhere here in Florida where the employees look like they hate their lives working in a certain dispensary and I never felt welcomed and always felt like a number. Not here. Excellent selection of quality medical product, accessories and great first time promotion. I will definitely be back!!

Had just gotten approved for my card. First place I went the following day. Very new and not totally sure what to do. I knew what issues I wanted to handle. The person (wish I could remember her name) took her time and explained things but did not overload me with too much information. Prices were cool even without the discounts and sale items offered. I have bought from multiple dispensaries and have found Trulieve to have the best products and most efficient service. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. So I tried the Divine Storm X Triangle Bx1 today and it’s awesome. Love the taste and satisfying. Gives instant relaxation, and doesn’t make you tired. Really hope they bring this strand permanently to the menu.
