Let’s be real, the Green Wednesday deal is bomb but honestly, I’m writing this review solely to show some appreciation and recognition to the staff! Dave was probably the most witty, down to earth dudes I’ve met during my dispensary adventures.... hell, everyone was throwing that vibe! The bud is great, the deals are awesome but the atmosphere, it’s PERFECT!! No doubt I’ll be visiting them again real soon!!

I came back all month before I would consider going anywhere else. Excellent products I enjoyed many strains of flower, some great tasting and potent vape cartridges, their Soft chews are great. Tinctures are FIRST CLASS. Website and app are both easy to shop with, reviews and accurate descriptions.

Any negative reviews older than the last year need to be disregarded. This place is amazing. All their flower is well grown and cured. They have a large menu and plenty of deals to fit anyone. Best thing is it's consistent. Not like the Walmart of weed on Bonita Beach road. Truly it's not. The staff here rocks. Always friendly and always knowledgeable. They even go out of their way to get you the best deals for your purchases. Try that at the walmart...nope. If you want top shelf medicine without being taxed $60 for a nice heavy glass jar filled of, maybe it's good this time maybe it's not, the go to Sunnyside. Them folks got it going down.

First time customer. I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The prices are great and the sales are phenomenal. The product, WOW!! Superior product, the distillate is top shelf and the flower is so smooth. They have so many strains!! They are so helpful!! I am a BIG Trulieve fan and I will be back. They really helped me, they explained product i wasn't clear about. They really took the time and I appreciate that. I think about my elderly Mom visiting a place like this and how she would do and this place would be excellent. This store has such a happy positive vibe! The products are solid and staff is fire. Im enjoying the blue berry waffle bud I got a few weeks ago tonight. I saw a sour review a few days ago but I really can’t imagine that place or the staff being anything other than helpful and kind. Keep up the good work

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.

Samantha took care of me, I was so overwhelmed and had tons of questions and she answered them and was patient with me. She took me through a lot of there products an explain it’s affects and other stuff that made the cannabis strong and what don’t. Totally looking forward to going back!

A few weeks ago my husband and I met Tim from The Greeen House while visiting Marriott Crystal Shores on Marco Island, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the products. He even gave us some awesome koozies, which was such a nice touch. What really stood out was his honesty — if he didn’t know the answer to something, he didn’t pretend to. Instead, he recommended we stop by the store and speak with Sally, and she was absolutely amazing too! She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel completely comfortable. Tim recommended the Lullaby Gummies and said they were the best seller in the store since we were looking for sleep aids. Sally confirmed it when we went in, and they were spot on! We got Tambra’s card and will definitely be ordering more when these run out. We both have been sleeping like a baby! The customer service from both Tim and Sally was top-notch. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people have a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by The Greeen House on Bald Eagle if you’re on Marco Island!
