The Ocala dispensary staff is knowledgeable, with a wide-variety menu ,that is better in the store that is displayed so it is in plain sight to see on a large flat screen t.v. with all prices,specials and available discounts! There is no debate of what product is available or coercing to buy higher priced products, that there seems to be at another dispensary in Ocala. Great product! Great 25% off of your shopping cart your first visit, and 50% off your shopping cart your second visit! Only thing is, the online menu does not list everything.

The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.

Great store. Great quality of products. Little more expensive than other dispensaries but worth it usually because of quality. Employees are always pretty nice. Only thing that’s not amazing is I’ve noticed it will take a minimum 20+mins to get checked in, seen and pickup your products. Opposed to other stores in town taking 5+ mins. However definitely recommend.

when we first entered we were greeted by Jessica who was very helpful. We had a pick up order and agent" BRI "completed our order. "Bri" was excellent and took the time to explain how to use the distillate in many different ways. She is an asset to your Company.

This place is awesome! From the moment I walked in, Mike was a true bud tender, like he knew what I needed. He really hustled to get me into the system and get me some medicine. As a new patient, this was taking way too long at another place. Even though Surterra is getting remolded and a bit of a mess. Mike and the other employees were getting people served with purpose. Nice spot. I normally don’t like thca stuff but I must say, here it checks all the boxes and is reasonably priced. The shops in Charlotte are really hit or miss. I will be back
