I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Walked in and felt very welcome. Nice clean store with great products. They do sell THCA that is amazing. Nice is you don’t have a Florida medical card. Would highly recommend you paying them a visit if you are in the area.

I initially had my “referral” sent to another pharmacy as it was closer to where I frequently travel as none are located in the City I live in. But after visiting the other pharmacy in person after not getting any response to my email or calls, I decided it was not a good fit for me. A friend told me of Willow, So I requested my doctor change the referral to Willow. The service was fantastic! I have only very recently obtained products from them but have been satisfied. The consultation was clear and they asked pertinent questions and answered all of mine as well. Made me much more comfortable trying medical marijuana after decades of not indulging.

Best Fluent store around! Marvea was wonderful help, and very knowledgeable as well! The selection is extensive and diverse, so it was a bit overwhelming. Marvea helped find the right product for me! I will certainly be returning.

All the people working at muv in Melbourne Florida go above and beyond they're awesome the flowers amazing good price great discounts I recommend the strawberry guava Rocky Road wedding kush mints n gator breath strains and more... all the employees there work super hard and fast so you don't have to wait an hour and 45 minutes like at trulieve you're in and out the longest I waited there was at the most 10 minutes

The service was excellent. The manager hooked me up with a free pack of rolling paper. Also you let me spend $100 when my order was 103. Thank you so much for the great service and good product.

Love this place. From the products, to the atmosphere. Everything is amazing!! I swear by the scalp oil, it REALLY stimulates growth. I have to keep a bottle of it in my home. Once you buy, you’ll be back!

I have been reading reviews for the past 6/7mos. I decided to try it out. They have the most respectful, good vibes and energy at that front desk. As well as the time lady in the back in the pharmacy. I would give it a twenty rating out one to ten. Twenty being "They have it going on. Tysm Ms Karen. Shout out to her. Love you vibes. I love not having to wait on my Mary Jane products! I also love when they have big sales on edibles and really everything! It's one of my favorite shops:)
