While my first experience was somewhat lacking, the owner went above and beyond to correct and make their desire for patient service & satisfaction known. My second encounter with Bud-tender Barnes was great and informative. Make sure to check out the selections online as well as in store. A great addition to the cannabis family!

The staff has always been kind helpful people who are knowledgeable about the products which is very helpful while trying to choose the correct medicinal flower for me. The prices are good here and I can always find an affective medicinal strain to treat several things that I have going on from pain to sleepless nights.Much more than that even. It helps with many conditions.

Everyone there is very polite and nice, and the whole process goes by pretty quickly compared other dispensaries.

They have a large variety of products available and the prices are very good. I’m glad they didn’t close down like the others did.

I rarely shop anywhere else. Calm cool atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff that answer all my PITA questions about terpenes and such. When they don't know something they look it up or ask. I like that a lot. I have a nasty movement disorder and they carry a strain that helps and they always keep what I need in stock.

What is to dislike? The staff, quality,and atmosphere is well worth the price! I don’t mean that like it’s expensive. The rosin is some of the best I’ve had, and I just returned from Santa Fe, New Mexico, and they have rosin that is the same quality. Don’t shop around. GET SOME!

The best in town. BY FAR. I'm not wealthy by any means. And I will spend more money for the same product. And its all because of there customer service. Cody or Kody is amazing and if I knew the other 2 or 3 I always see in the drive thru. I'd sure shout them out as well. These guys are always in a good mood. Always respectful, polite, and helpful. I've been upset because I'm impatient. And no matter how I act. They treat me with the some respect and kindness. I wish I could afford to tip these guys like I want too. Everyone at the Sarasota store has always been helpful to me in every way! They have always gone that extra step to make sure I got the best deals and service. I drive an extra 10 miles but worth the drive.
