Kyle was absolutely FANTABULOUS! I came in for the first time on my birthday, and of course technology hates me, so my rewards account wasn’t working! Luckily Kyle was there to swoop in, save the day, and make my birthday absolutely magical! I don’t know what he’s getting paid but he deserves DOUBLE! Besides Kyle being an absolute ASSET to the team, the atmosphere was top tier (seriously I felt like I was stepping into a mini art installation), the prices were to die for, and the bud was almost too strong (in the best way) Thanks again Kyle, and the rest of the amazing staff for making my birthday special! I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome. The moment I walked into Relief I knew it was going to be my home dispensary. They give excellent advice from very knowledgeable budtenders, have the best selection of both top shelf and modestly priced medicine and have one of the best Veteran discounts in the KC Metro area. I have been blessed to get my medicine from Relief since MMJ legalization and have no plans to go anywhere else.

I love it here. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful, from the minute you walk in, even the security guards are delightful. I can ask a million questions, they do their best to answer all of them and I never feel weird or bad about asking. This is my favorite spot.
