I’ve never had better service!!! These ladies know what they have, all deals, great customer service, always chill and willing to help!!! They even let me ramble on about their wonderful MONSTERA!!! I love that plant!!!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Highly recommend their Gelato strain it is top notch on flavors, potency, and just overall feeling. Very balanced profile good for any time smoke :) (heavy user so that might be different for each smoker) As always Kenny has the best recs!

The staff was friendly and helpful, they have a first timers discount program and a nice variety of flower. I selected Lemon Tree as it was an organic sungrown option that appealed to me, great flower for a very fair price.

The workers were nothing but friendly; they were very kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about what they were selling and quickly found what i needed. It is a bit of a tiny store, but it's got great ac, and it has as much room as a dispensery needs anyway. My only problem with it is i have no idea what its hours are. The hours on the door are wrong, and all i know is they open at 12 pm. I have no idea when they close but I'd have to guess its probably 7-8. Other than that, it's a really great shop and well worth the visit. (its also got really good prices and weekly deals)

Was my first dispo in Oklahoma and I was not disappointed! The service was great. They have over 100 strains which is awesome to see in one place. They Were able to recomend exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be back.
