One of my favorite dispensary around town because of the Service you aren’t rushed and the tenders know the product as in medical purposes not recreational. I was also impressed on several occasions if specific tenders didn’t have answers to my questions they didn’t guess they searched for the answer in order to help me. That is what true customer service is all about!

The quality of the product is consistent, and so is the customer service. Always awesome! This location has the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. Everyone seems happy to be there, they are helpful, and they answer my questions. The staff treats me with respect, and they have upbeat attitudes. I prefer this location over all others for this reason. It’s always a positive experience!

This place has been amazing Everytime I go in. just started going there for a black Friday sale and I've been back 5 times since. Excellent, I repeat EXCELLENT flower. This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good.
