I seen some bad reviews and I guess I’m very fortunate for not having a bad experience. Overall it’s all been great for me. I have ventured off to only two other dispensaries in the past couple years and will always come back to D luxe

Service was Immediate and hassle free! The lady at the front desk was very charming and polite. You hand whoever's working at the desk your Medical license and ID, and then you're allowed to go past the locked door into a spacey colorful room with some music playing at a comfortable volume. I loved the atmosphere! She was really helpful and it was easy to select what I wanted. Would definitely come here again and I look forward to my next visit.

I absolutely love UTOKEM! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! They were willing to spend time with me and answer all of my questions about starting some auto flower strains, everything you need right there. One of my favorite dispensary around town because of the Service you aren’t rushed and the tenders know the product as in medical purposes not recreational. I was also impressed on several occasions if specific tenders didn’t have answers to my questions they didn’t guess they searched for the answer in order to help me. That is what true customer service is all about!
