I liked every thing about my first visit. The young lady who greeted me, checked me in and walked me to try to find the strain I was after. As a first time visitor I got a gram for a dollar!! By leaving an honest review, I have a couple of dollar pre-rolls waiting for me today for a dollar! Everyone there was very welcoming and friendly. It was the most open feeling dispensary I have been in yet. Stoked to go back in the morning! :D

I love this dispensary and the budtenders that work there is great and always so friendly.

One of my favorite dispensary around town because of the Service you aren’t rushed and the tenders know the product as in medical purposes not recreational. I was also impressed on several occasions if specific tenders didn’t have answers to my questions they didn’t guess they searched for the answer in order to help me. That is what true customer service is all about!

I absolutely love UTOKEM! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! They were willing to spend time with me and answer all of my questions about starting some auto flower strains, everything you need right there. There are 4 dispensaries in my area, and one right next to Joe’s. I have gone to all of them, and Joe’s BY FAR takes the cake. The customer service is incredible- it’s not just some former college dealer behind the counter, but people who actually know what they’re talking about. Everything I have tried has surpassed my expectations consistently. I highly recommend!!

Service was Immediate and hassle free! The lady at the front desk was very charming and polite. You hand whoever's working at the desk your Medical license and ID, and then you're allowed to go past the locked door into a spacey colorful room with some music playing at a comfortable volume. I loved the atmosphere! She was really helpful and it was easy to select what I wanted. Would definitely come here again and I look forward to my next visit.
