the staff is absolutely wonderful they know me by name they know what I like all I have to do is say what kind of mood I'm in and they have exactly what I want and it works every time! now because they are a smaller establishment they're pretty rules aren't as much as I would like to see! the company runs smooth the bartenders know what they're talking about it's just a great atmosphere 10 out of 10 highly recommend one of the only places I shop at and there are plenty in my town just saying

I love shopping here, specifically because of Chris he is so kind, and helpful, I have built a personal connection with this bud tender, so I can tell when he is having an off day, which is hilarious because even then, AMAZING service, he goes extra miles to give you the assistance, and guidance you need with your meds even if you are spending 10$. Top tier service and I would tell any stranger on the street that they should work more to be like this young man.

This place has a lot of options especially carts and bud. Workers are very friendly and help you to get deals. Treehouse is easily one of my top 3 favorite dispensaries in Ann arbor.

I’m a long time smoker, but this is the first time I’ve used a dispensary. I mentioned that to the girl up front because I wasn’t sure how it worked and was a little uneasy/embarrassed. She made me feel super comfortable instantly. Once she had me checked in, there was someone ready and waiting to help me find the perfect med for me. I told him the strains I was looking for and a bit about my tolerance and I left with everything I was looking for. Beautiful store, and even more beautiful people. Thank you for helping me feel comfortable and for helping me feel like I didn’t have a reason to be embarrassed! I will absolutely be back any time in im town!

Just stopped by this location heard they had the Bodega Boyz infused pre rolls! Best smoke in Missouri,. And great prices thank you luxury leaf and Bodega Boyz for the love. Will be back soon.

Been coming here regularly for almost four years. When I moved here, I tried every dispensary in town. It didn't take me long at all to choose Lume as my favorite in the area. I've never had a poor experience, whether I shop in store or place an online order they always have what I'm looking for and the order is correct. Many employees recognize me and call me by name, that goes a long way toward creating a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. I never get the hard sell here! I came in a little over 2 weeks ago and Sarah was my blood tender was very helpful and knowledgeable in prices and product that was very pleased I definitely would request her every time I come she's a great person and a great personality and she gave me my choices if I wanted to better stuff or the other stuff and I like that makes you feel comfortable coming in give her a big blunt lol
