The prices are too high. They're the highest place to buy Medical marijuana and it shouldn't be like that. It should be cheaper. I will not buy from them because they're too high.

I’ve visited this location several times. I’ve had 4 different people help me shop (some of them more than once) and 3 different people check me out and every time they are friendly, timely, and helpful. I did miss out on some points, but no more! I’m all signed up!

I’m a concentrate girl with a HIGH tolerance. I was so happy that Sanna helped me. She’s VERY informed on concentrates and terms as well as how they work in the body for my pain specifically. I have inflammation and Crohn’s as well as endometriosis. She picked concentrates, dispos, and even introduced me to patches she thought would help too. She was friendly, informative, and knew exactly what I needed for my conditions. ASK FOR HER. And please tip them for their knowledge. Sanna answered all my questions and that’s really valuable when looking for the perfect product.

I didn't know this dispensary was open. I have seizures, fibro and other "nervous system" problems. They had Illicit Bruce Banner, which is wonderful for all my complaints. When I walked into the dispensary, I was put as ease because the waiting room was relaxing, even with other people sitting and waiting. You don't find this is other dispensaries. I was greeted by the person behind the counter. Very friendly staff. Rewards Program sounds very rewarding, which many dispensaries only pretend to offer . So, I have a new primary dispensary. Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

Staff is always friendly and pleasant. Hot stoner chicks are the best bud tenders. Product is always quality unless you go too cheap or below your thc percentage threshold. Could use some better deals and more variety of products like shake ounces for a hundred with high thc %
