Curbside is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful - i can’t thank them enough ! It’s always a smooth, accurate, quick service. I’m grateful for curbside because there are times I’m unable to go inside the store !!

I'm a medical patient and my experience with curbside service so far has been excellent. Everyone that I've dealt with, from the Budtenders to the Security Guards, have been friendly. Curbside pickup is usually a pretty quick process. I wish I knew the lady Security Guard's name, but she kept panhandlers from leaning into my car (with no mask) and asking me for money. She's very sweet but she's very stern with people bothering us medical patients... So, I really appreciate the safety that she brings. Also, Brady is my favorite Bud tender. I bring my senior dogs with me when I do my medication pickups. They look forward to seeing Brady because he always has a treat for them! Brady is also very friendly and always explains any issues that I create with my online orders. I'm also a Veteran, and I've always received my Veteran discount at checkout.

Favorite dispensary, hands down. Wide variety of product, knowledgeable staff, and always just an all around great experience.

Share dispensary definitely delivers five service. The disposable I got last week was faulty. I contacted their customer service through email it's pretty easy on the website and they gave me some store credit. I came in today and left the store with three pre-rolls and a new disposable pen. I do appreciate the staff at shared dispensary for taking care of me

We love this place, it’s like no other dispensary you’ll find in this area. It’s a quaint little shop with lots of good energy. It’s built inside what was once a grocery/butcher shop from the late 1800s. It has a shabby chic vibe, but if you need help finding what you need, the knowledgeable cannaseurs there know how to help you find that perfect bud or vape or gummy that will work for you. (Or resin or rosin or drinks, whatever you are looking for.) If you’re in the area, you really should stop in and just see this little gem! Almost forgot - the owner, Kelly, has her own brands. MYTCBD is the CBD brand and Torch Cannabis Co is her own brand for cannabis products she makes in her lab. She makes dosing oils, gummies, and vapes, and candy that is delicious. All of her stuff is full spectrum and gives a great experience. And the best part is she runs great deals every day.

I am from Chicago and I have been to every weed place around exit 1 in New Buffalo. This place is hands down the best dispensary I have been to. I had corey or Cory as my bud tender. She was an expert at the strains... I have struggled with the strains that give me the high I'm looking for and she knew exactly what I was explaining to her. She was awesome and friendly and I came home with great strains I can't find in Illinois. The staff also had a computer error they had to fix from my online order and they worked hard to fix the error. I am truly happy I found a dispensary I enjoy and the vibe is awesome. The moment I walked into Relief I knew it was going to be my home dispensary. They give excellent advice from very knowledgeable budtenders, have the best selection of both top shelf and modestly priced medicine and have one of the best Veteran discounts in the KC Metro area. I have been blessed to get my medicine from Relief since MMJ legalization and have no plans to go anywhere else.

First time ever going to a dispensary, felt very welcome and the bud tender was very helpful and had a great vibe to them. Never felt uncomfortable the whole time : )
