Pleasant atmosphere with attentive staff and excellent selection of high quality products. I don’t live close by, but the periodic specials are very attractive and worth traveling those extra miles on I95.

I especially decided to shop here because it happened to be less than a mile away where I was for a function. And...I had checked out their menu online! This was the only place in the area where I could get brands I have been looking for. I was completely pleased with whole experience at Upstate Canna. Plenty of parking in front of the store. Pleasant check-in. Layout utilizes space efficiently so you can view products. Tremendous selection of flower and prices to fit every budget. many other products to choose from as well. I was very pleased with the prices on what I bought. Jeremy, my budtender was pleasant (as was Joe, lol) and knowledgeable about what I purchased. Overall, this was a great first-time experience. As a veteran of visiting six state's worth of dispensaries, I have had many good, some mediocre, and flat-out poor experiences (just a few). I will definitely visit again if I am in the Albany/Schenectady area.

This was my first time in the store today. Emma was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. She asked great questions to help me get the product that would best help with my back pain. I'll def be back.

I needed a recommendation for something smooth, since I had a bad cough. They gave me some very kind bud which I am consuming cough-free. Really improved my Xmas weekend and my quality of life generally. Cheers!

JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. Thank you for giving me your last initial to ensure that the highest person at your company hopefully sees this and recognizes their unique/amazing employee. To the owner- he is a keeper. The staff at Columbia Care are amazing! They’re knowledgeable and have online orders ready within minutes of placing it. They’re also always properly staffed so you’re rarely in there for longer than 10 mins. Only thing I wish is that they’d expand their edibles selection.

So glad this dispensary is less than 5 miles from home. The people behind the counter are friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and spacious. The products I’ve purchased, are recently packaged and therefore super fresh.

Very professional and seamless experience. Thanks for carrying the sugar batter. It’s very nice, if possibly a little too much non-cannabis flavoring added. One of the preroll brands (can’t recall which but it was ICE enhanced, I think) claimed to be 100% but small print notes ingredients not derived from cannibas. Terpenes I think. I don’t need flavor injections but maybe some prefer it? Other than that, awesomeness.

I am giving a shout out to the nicest young lady who was my cashier...her name is Haley. This was my first time at a dispensary and I was made to feel very comfortable. Everything was explained to me in detail. The "store" itself was very clean and the entire experience from beginning to end was very informative and pleasurable. If it were possible, I would give this dispensary five stars!
