These guys are so good at their jobs. This is the first dispensary I went to and I was so nervous when I walked in because I didn’t know what to do or anything but they helped me feel at ease right away and even though I spoke at a minimum they got me exactly what I needed, tailored to my needs as a patient. I’ve been sticking primarily with this dispensary location since I became a patient and have strayed very very little. Very professional informative and genuinely ready to help every person that comes in, with equal care and attention.

Pleasant atmosphere with attentive staff and excellent selection of high quality products. I don’t live close by, but the periodic specials are very attractive and worth traveling those extra miles on I95.

I've been to dispensaries in DC, Maine, Maryland, New Jersey, New York...all over. I'd say in regards to quality and overall experience, this is one of my top 3 favorite. Each time I visit the eastern shore, I stop here.

AMBER – Shockoe Glow (Live Rosin Cartridge) Shockoe Glow is a smooth, body-focused live rosin cart that really shines when it comes to physical comfort and overall feel, without messing with your head. Onset & Overall Feel: The effects don’t hit all at once — it comes on gradually. Within about 5–10 minutes, I felt a calm, cozy sensation starting in my chest and slowly spreading through my body as a light tingling. My heart rate picked up just a bit at first, but it stayed comfortable and settled down quickly. Body Effects: This is where Shockoe Glow really stands out. It made it easy to notice and relax tension in areas where I usually feel tight, like my shoulders and joints. Stretching and moving felt good, and my body just felt more “open” and responsive. Physical sensation was noticeably enhanced, especially once I got comfortable. Mental Effects: Mentally, this stayed very balanced. I felt calm, focused, and present — not spacey, not sleepy, and not stuck in my head. I could relax, but I also felt like I could get up and move around without any problem. Mood & Desire: There was a light, natural increase in desire, especially with visual stimulation, but nothing overwhelming. It felt more like being open and receptive rather than suddenly feeling wired or distracted. Everything stayed very manageable and smooth. Dosing Notes: I started with one 4-second pull around 3.7–3.8V, then later added a very small 1-second pull to dial it in. That second hit helped push the physical effects right where I wanted them without overdoing it. Downsides: Very mild dry mouth, but that was about it. Staff was really friendly. I ordered online and picked up in store which was super fast. I was able to find a different strain from all the other shops around here and I love the Aloha Punch. It Tastes good, it’s packaged well and fits a standard battery. I worked 30 hours in 3 days with hardly any sleep and today is my first day off. I am literally so exhausted and felt like I couldn’t do anything. I promise you, when I took the first couple hits I got a boost of energy and I could all of the sudden tolerate everyone’s talking and started cleaning immediately. This will be my go to spot and strain!

I’m a new customer and new to some of the dispensary procedures. I spoke with their Pharmacist who was so very knowledgeable and an overall polite person! I went inside after the phone call with the Pharmacist. Front door staff were also super polite including the security staff. My budtender was the best! She knew exactly what I needed and provided many options. She explained how everything worked include grinders, vapes, pens, etc. Prices were reasonable and I received a great discount due to being new and first responder. Some reviews had me seriously worried but after going there in person, hands down excellent place! Highly recommend!

I just wanted to say I always had a great experience here never no problems some people are just rude if just be honest and say things and not be rude because either you once worked with some of there’s people or your just being Mean because you have nothing else to do I bet after you smoke some of their stuff you will mellow out and see things differently just be kind there enough Bull Crap in this world ok IAM done Have A Merry Christmas and smoke some good stuff.

The staff at Columbia Care are amazing! They’re knowledgeable and have online orders ready within minutes of placing it. They’re also always properly staffed so you’re rarely in there for longer than 10 mins. Only thing I wish is that they’d expand their edibles selection.

Went to Caroline Pharma as the closest choice to me, 15 mins away. I was impressed by the security available here. As a former resident of the state of WA, where there is no security (and places would get robbed all the time) I was very comforted by the fact you had to scan ID, and a nice sturdy locked door protected by keypad (remote or push button). I felt very secure. The attendant greeted us with a smile, and confirmed it was our first time here. We had a lovely chat and then onwards into the store itself. Very quaint area, I love that there are kiosks to order straight from the website. Very, very cool. We ordered, and the prices are very reasonable. We had some questions for our budtender, and she was extremely polite and helpful in what we needed. Left with a positive experience and will definitely be visiting again!
