During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

The only place I ever buy flower in Chattanooga. I will not buy any where else. Also they have some awesome dabs, vapes, accessories, glass, and gummies. I might of missed some stuff. My favorite place in Chattanooga.

Came in looking for a three pack of half jays Ace Weiderman brand that I periodically have bought. Budtender with purple hair recommended the Wedding Cake. OMG,I’m a regular user and that .4 grams of a half jay put me into a cannabis realm I’ve rarely been before after 50+ years of usage!

I come to get the superflux live concentrates, Gilford assisted me, very nice and very good customer service. I’m pretty knowledgeable about concentrates as that’s mainly what I consume, The superflux brand is putting out some of the best concentrates I have found. The consistency is always there. They always have good product.

The Vault is an absolute gem. Speaking as an OCG (Old Cannabis Guy), I waited over 50 years for these days of legal dispensaries and the quality of the Vault has made it worth the wait. They do it right with outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff, a consistently great variety and selection as well as extremely competitive prices. But, it is more than that which makes the Vault so special, it is the chill welcoming environment, a truly welcoming experience for people 21 to . . . well, I have encountered octogenarians there! I've been experiencing product not weighing what it's said to be. A 3.5 1/8 and 1/4 have been lacking product and after complaining i was given a discount on my last purchase but it was even less then the last one , Paid 45 dollars and only got a gram and a half after rolling small cones . -3!!! i'm so disappointed as this store was my favorite store , The staff are wonderful and friendly but not receiving what i thought i was getting has me me questioning the chain of command of receiving product from the companies that are sold in the store. I have mentioned this problem numerous times and the only answer i ever get is that its not the Stores problem ,its the import from the distribution centers.. Is this a fair way to conduct business ?? The consumer is almost a Buyer beware , if we get less then we paid for its our problem not the store i buy from .. I don't understAnd why no one checks inventory that's been complained about on numerous times , instead the store makes the money and the custermer is left to just " Deal with it" I'm extremely bummed out about this but it appears no one cares

The problem I had was that the price on the leafly website was not that of mission. It was actually different when I got the mission. But they honored the purchases, which rocked.
