this has been my go to store for about a year or longer. they have great prices, great products but what really has me coming back are the employees. they're so helpful and always so kind. can't go wrong with great service and great products!

This place has been amazing Everytime I go in. just started going there for a black Friday sale and I've been back 5 times since. Excellent, I repeat EXCELLENT flower. Everytime. just wish they had better hours. staff seems really proud and familiar with their products. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

There are 4 dispensaries in my area, and one right next to Joe’s. I have gone to all of them, and Joe’s BY FAR takes the cake. The customer service is incredible- it’s not just some former college dealer behind the counter, but people who actually know what they’re talking about. Everything I have tried has surpassed my expectations consistently. I highly recommend!!

And this is one of my top favorite stores as I've been to alot and I always find that there weed is quality and great deals all the time super awesome and super friendly staff. I stumbled on this place when I was not able to access Top Dawg. They were so friendly and personable! They have a wide variety of strains and prerolls. Very friendly and helpful.

I Love the environment at Herbal Phoenix, They are very knowledgeable about their products, everything is tax included so there are no surprise fees or anything like that so the price you see on their menu is the price that you pay. Not to mention they always have a variety of flower in stock a little something for everyone. I also love the fact that they keep leafly updated regularly so you know what they have in stock and what they don't have, and all their flower is tested so that is a plus for me. The staff is very friendly and it is a great environment will definitely make this my go to spot cant beat their deals and customer service! Seriously go check them out you wont be disappointed, Especially with their triangle glue #4 and Cornbread in stock right now. One of my favorite dispensary around town because of the Service you aren’t rushed and the tenders know the product as in medical purposes not recreational. I was also impressed on several occasions if specific tenders didn’t have answers to my questions they didn’t guess they searched for the answer in order to help me. That is what true customer service is all about!
