This is my favorite dispensary in my area. The staff is so awesome. It's like my 'Cheers' in 2025 lol. "Don't you wanna go, where everybody knows your name? And they're always glad you came." Along with the promotions they have going on all thru the week. I'm always there.

This has been my primary dispensary since 2017. It's always a pleasure to come in and get my medicine. They have a very consistant supply of edibles so that I know I'm always getting something thats going to work for me. Their concentrate selection is pretty immense, everytime that I come in I have new options to choose from. The level of service that I recieve is always top notch, the bud tenders are one of the best parts of the experience. They're very knowledgeable and welcoming. Furthermore, their rewards program is a nice was of saying "thank you" to their patients. I would definitely recommend Cannabicare!

Omg the BEST MEDICINE I have found here in the Springs and surrounding area.even better than in Denver. Oh yeah baby. And all the staff members are so awesome and amazing. I appreciate them all especially evening staff. Them gentlemen and ladies are superb. I drive across town from the west side to the south east side to get this medicine.

I'm really beginning to hate their website it has become almost impossible to place an order ahead of time because the site keeps freezing up.

Chris took the time to educate me on the different strains and their effects, as well as the best methods of consumption for my specific needs, especially the edibles!! One thing that really stood out to me was the emphasis on safety and responsible use. He also provided clear instructions on how to properly use each product. And was pleasantly surprised by the education I received from Amber regarding the process of the medical marijuana plants transfers. As a patient, it can be overwhelming trying to navigate the legal requirements for growing, obtaining and using medical marijuana, but Amber at this dispensary took the time to explain the process in detail. Amber and Chris were extremely knowledgeable about the laws and regulations governing medical marijuana in the state, city, county, and they were able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly.
