I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. I love going here, fun loving and inviting here. Girl waiting on me knew the info when I asked about several products and then bought. High Quality Products at great prices . Id recommend to get higher doses of thc and cbd oils. Thanks so much, Blake

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

Absolutely wonderful! A+ all around. Customer service was above & beyond, very welcoming as well. Quality and variety of choices. We were far from disappointed; definitely will make this a regular stop on our vermont to Maine trips!

First time visiting, awesome atmosphere, right at the start the women checking IDs was so nice and friendly. signed us up for rewards, the budtender was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and dealt with all my inquiries with a smile on his face.

I grew up in the Vegas area and finally made my way back after many years. I ended up at planet 13 at first and as great as it was it’s a huge tourist trap and the wait times are crazy. I don’t really have anything bad to say about planet 13 for what it is but if you are looking for a more chill local type environment this is your place!! Great attentive staff that wasn’t too medicated to work, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products on hand! I will be back when I’m in town!

I ordered here because for one reason or another, all my other favorite spots were either closed for the day or out of what I wanted and WOW was that ever a happy accident! I'm a bit out of the way for these folks over here in Falmouth, but I called and they answered all my questions and said they could deliver to me, no worries! I decided to go all in on the White Label gummies because I have a high tolerance and I need to see what kind of mileage I can get from $25/500mg. I prefer pectin gummies to gelatin gummies for taste, but I'll eat either. These vegan gummies are the best gummies I've ever tasted by a mile and they slap like a salty step-parent. I absolutely recommend these to any patients looking for a solid high-dose edible option, these are a steal for the price and imo they're one of the best gummies around for flavor and texture. I also got a freebie nug of some Kush Mints that looks/smells like the stuff of dreams. I can literally smell it through the mylar, we're talkin' noise complaint loud! FWIW, I'm a disabled patient w/ accessibility needs this company was happy to accommodate. Thank you, I'm sure I'll be back!
