I love this dispensary! The staff are always very friendly and smiling. One of the best things about POW (both locations) is their daily sales (Flower for $15 and up) and their drive-thru. So convenient, I just place my order online and then go to the drive-thru and pick it up. I've rarely waited more than 5 minutes or so for the attendant to come to my car. Oh, I need to mention that the online menu is super easy to use! Pure Ohio Wellness has a low priced house band named "Locally Grown". In my opinion, those strains are just as good as any name brand. I always get so excited when new strains come along!

I was in earlier for a pre roll and the manager was very pleasant. This is probably the only I've been too were wether it a lot of people or a small amount they always stay chilled.

Everyone there is very polite and nice, and the whole process goes by pretty quickly compared other dispensaries.

super awesome staff! the day before yesterday i walked in for some carts and flower. i got to the telly and one of the carts wasn't pulling. I went to King of Budz in Roseville yesterday 1/6/26 for the first time. Never been to a dispensary. When I first walk in I met, the Greeter, which she goes by O. She was about as pleasant as they come. She checked my ID, asked me a couple of questions and then I went in. Walked in and was met by Julie. She was very nice and very helpful. I explained to her that this was my first time and my pain management doctor told me to try gummies or pot for my pain. My doctor cut my pain meds down to a third of what I was taking. My pain management doctor thinks he's God. Anyway, Julie asked me what I was looking or needed. She said that," you came to the right girl". So she told me the gummies she offered were the same she takes for pain. Long story short, both O and Julie were super nice. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend King of Budz to everyone. If you meet O at the door, you'll fell welcome. And if you go on a Thurs. Fri. Sat. or Sun. Look for Julie. I will let everyone know how it works out for me.

Medz DC cannabis dispensary & weed delivery girl is truly phenomenal. The customer service and the hospitality this retail store offers. It’s just unbelievable and it’s just one of the best things any cannabis dispensary should do. These people are truly a role model in the customer service world they have a wide variety of product and their cannabis flower is actually good. It’s lap tested and official.

This was my first time visiting a dispensary, since I recently moved to Maryland. I was made to feel welcome from the time I walked through the main doors. Josh gave excellent help when I was looking for pain relief for my back. He patiently answered my questions about product, strains, etc. I'm not a smoker and prefer edibles, and he gave good suggestions for those as well. It may seem like there isn't a lot of product on the floor, but there is a lot of variety of product; all you have to do is ask. I also liked that they will help you apply for a medical marijuana certificate. That is value-added customer service! I'm a Remedy fan now.
