I love this place even though it's a drive for me... That being said I drove out there to get my order and they didn't have any of the one thing I ordered 20 of so I had to buy something different for more,but besides that one time they have been 100% my favorite place to go!

Overall a 10/10 experience Jayson greeted with a warm friendly smile. Double checked my order and connected with customers. Asks how your doing and what your plans are for the day establishes a personal level with customer which is very amazing to me. Down to earth polite and courteous. I highly recommend. This location was my first time here as well

Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

Just look for the uniquely awesome building. Staff was awesome, answered all the questions I knew the answers too. Highly recommend checking them out. Grab some moon rocks!!

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I hope management comes to realize that her potential is being underutilized, and that she will drive success and prosperity to the company. Thank you Trulieve and Bianca!

One of my first places I’ve visited, and they are so welcoming, and they have a variety of options..

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

Insa is set up so nice and they have displays in the showroom with the product on display and has the option to smell and view the current harvest, and the quality of product is very good! I don't know why more places if not all are not set up this way. Ordering from a cell phone or tablet is not my ideal way to shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, One of the best dispensaries with great weekly specials and all-round great prices! They even have a good amount of apparel with Big sizes for guys like me.
