I love this shop. MacKenzie and Abby (and all other staff) are always nice, helpful and patient. It’s the only place I go. Their point earnings is a terrific plan! The store is always clean and the outside remodeling looks great.

I am thrilled to tell the incredible staff at Remedy that Niko went above and beyond what anyone should have for me. I had locked my keys in my truck. Niko said "I live in Novi, let me run you home on my lunch so you can get back in." It was one of the kindest efforts shown to me ever. I feel just like family when I deal with anyone in the store. The Platinum vape I chose is exceptional as well. customer service, despite the chaos of loads of new customers, is clearly a priority to the staff here. couldn't have been a better first time in a recreational/medical dispensary!

I drive past probably 20 or 30 good dispensaries, to get to the best. Robot pharmer has amazing flower, concentrates, the only edibles I've found to work for me and awesome art. Not to mention the super friendly, knowledgeable staff 10/10 highly recommend
