Absolutely OBSESSED with this dispensary. I will 100% continue using them. The service is top-tier, the staff is amazing and super helpful, and the delivery driver is awesome. Every experience has been smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. I place my orders online and their communication is always fast, clear, and efficient…no stress, no confusion, ever. 10/10 would highly recommend. They truly do everything right.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. I will definetly be back and I would recommend Terrasana to anyone. The young man in the lobby who signs everyone in is also very nice. I appreciate all of you. Thank you, Debbie Shisila

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is beyond welcoming. The atmosphere is just so Zen and peaceful. There’s such a different variety of merchandise so there’s definitely something for everyone. I wish I could buy everything in the store lol. 100/100!!!

Been to Dank on Main st a few times and the prices are fair, they range Anywhere from $20 -$60 an eighth of flower. (They have vapes, drinks and edibles as well but I'm a flower girl) I had some "live dried" mendo breath and it was pretty good. (An 8 outta 10) The staff is really nice. Very helpful, informative and honest. (The budtender with the beard told me one of the strains of flower I was looking at was just as good as another that was $9 cheaper so I bought one of each to compare and he was right, the cheaper one was just as good). It's definitely not what I expected the first time I went there. Overall The atmosphere and vibe and energy is great. I'm Always greated with a "Hello" and a smile when I walk in, and a "have a great day" when I walk out. If you're in the area you definitely should check it out

Ignore my previous reviews. There was confusion about a fee on debit card transactions that i didn't see the sign for in the store. They were super nice about explaining it to me.
