I am thrilled to tell the incredible staff at Remedy that Niko went above and beyond what anyone should have for me. I had locked my keys in my truck. Niko said "I live in Novi, let me run you home on my lunch so you can get back in." It was one of the kindest efforts shown to me ever. I feel just like family when I deal with anyone in the store. I absolutely love Romeo Dispo. The one true asset they have is Jeff. He listens to what your needs are and if they don’t have it in stock he will ask you question to make a recommendation as an alternative. When I go I will wait just so I can have Jeff as my bud-tender.

Tonight Chris and (just)Max served me and I expressed through chit chat that I had a rough day. They kindly listened and made me feel much better and were professional and personable. I’m a long time smoker, but this is the first time I’ve used a dispensary. I mentioned that to the girl up front because I wasn’t sure how it worked and was a little uneasy/embarrassed. She made me feel super comfortable instantly. Once she had me checked in, there was someone ready and waiting to help me find the perfect med for me. The bloc security guard is the coolest dude to meet before you go in he nice,and very calm dude. And bud tenders are good people with discounts.
