I just wanted to give Sam, Carly, Robin and Misty a huge shout out for holding down the dispensary yesterday. I am a brand rep for King City Gardens & often times set up in their lobby for a few hours, and every time I do, it is a wonderful experience! They are such an educated and kind staff that really takes the extra time to find the best products for you!

Best shop around with the nicest budtenders out there. The selection is top notch. The building is clean and inviting. I know I have gotten anxiety just sitting in some waiting rooms but firelands is very professional and condition business as so. My go to shop and have never let me down. I've been here several times. Def my go-to spot. Always friendly and helpful. Never too long of a wait. Online menu stays very up to date (as soon as something runs out, the site is immediately updated). Great product. Awesome specials. Definitely look into their specials on the site. They also have an early bird special (7am-9am) and twilight special (7pm-9pm) where you can buy 3 of anything and get a 4th for $1 which can help bring down the cost but you can't combine it with other deals. Right now they have the best deals in town on grass (Lula's and High Supply) and concentrates (Lula's and Bedford Grow)

Every employee in there is super chill and very knowledgeable about each and every product. It seems like they’ve all tried everything they carry so that they can tell you from experience what it’s like. The selection is premium for what you can get in Indiana, and the prices are great (lots of little discounts available too!). This is my new go-to shop!!

I'm a medical patient and my experience with curbside service so far has been excellent. Everyone that I've dealt with, from the Budtenders to the Security Guards, have been friendly. Curbside pickup is usually a pretty quick process. I wish I knew the lady Security Guard's name, but she kept panhandlers from leaning into my car (with no mask) and asking me for money. She's very sweet but she's very stern with people bothering us medical patients... So, I really appreciate the safety that she brings. Also, Brady is my favorite Bud tender. I bring my senior dogs with me when I do my medication pickups. They look forward to seeing Brady because he always has a treat for them! Brady is also very friendly and always explains any issues that I create with my online orders. I'm also a Veteran, and I've always received my Veteran discount at checkout.

Curbside is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful - i can’t thank them enough ! It’s always a smooth, accurate, quick service. I’m grateful for curbside because there are times I’m unable to go inside the store !!

Same products I've found around town, at considerably better prices. The in store selection far surpassed the online offerings, so stop in and ask. Nicole was very welcoming and had great recommendations for some pre rolls. From one budtender to another, thanx.

Share dispensary definitely delivers five service. The disposable I got last week was faulty. I contacted their customer service through email it's pretty easy on the website and they gave me some store credit. I came in today and left the store with three pre-rolls and a new disposable pen. I do appreciate the staff at shared dispensary for taking care of me

My experience there is awesome and friendly also is Deaf friendly too provides good customer service and good customer overall experience there I love going to this place because it’s closer to my home too
