It discreetly, but conveniently located off the main streets by the Walmart Superstore. The prices are ridiculous, but in line with the rest of the dispensaries. You can phone your order in for pickup, OR you can just go shopping. People have always been welcoming, friendly and helpful. I hope you are able to update the site with the more current information. I was going to check out the other “local” dispensaries, but after reading the other reviews, I probably will keep going here for my herbal shopping needs

I was waited on by Megan. It doesn't matter who waits on you because service is always exceptional! Megan made sure I got all my discounts and easily processed the order. It's never a long wait time. If you're early enough, there are discounted specials. My go-to dispensary!

I stumbled upon The Landing Dispensary by accident while visiting The Shangri-La dispensary nearby—and I’m so glad I did! After looking them up, I realized their product selection is far superior to Shangri-La, where I originally intended to visit. Every time I’ve come in, the staff has been incredibly helpful, going out of their way to make sure I’m getting the best deal possible. A special shoutout to Brian, who assisted me during my last visit. He was phenomenal—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days, and it truly made my experience memorable. If you’re looking for great products and even better service, this is the place to go. I moved here 5 years ago and drive 50 miles away to TC to buy at the Lighthouse. Before making Lighthouse my dispensary above all others in Traverse City, I did see many other ones in TC and they were just ok to me. When I went for my first time to Lighthouse, they were very cool, knowledgable and did not try to sell you all kinds of products that you probably will not use. I found this when shopping in Ann Arbor and other places which is annoying as I am pretty savvy already and on to this behavior. My products are always there and I try to choose the popular brands that customers keep coming back for because they work well. My favorite bud tender is Lindsey because she explains things well when buying something new, and she actually asks what I am using for (if you care to share). Myself, it's chronic pain from a neck issue and I am allergic to many RX pain medications. No I do not want to take them. You will see that this dispensary is the best in Traverse City bar none!
