Everyone I saw at Innovative was so kind, professional, and efficient. They made getting my med card extremely easy. They truly took care of everything and all the paperwork. All I had to do was submit it. I appreciated that all of my appointments could be done via telemed AND they took my insurance. I liked them so much that I have switched to their clinic for my primary care doctor. They take every one of my concerns and pain symptoms seriously.

I left a one-star review earlier, and I can't find an edit feature to edit that review to offer an update. The issue was resolved. Their systems had gone down for hours, and as soon as they realized the problem, they contacted me and did the appointment right after explaining the situation. They were courteous, friendly, and very apologetic for what had happened. It was simply bad timing that the system went down when it did.

Though you can find plenty of MMJ clinics in Oklahoma, this one is prettty quick with their services. I applied for my medical marijuana recommendation here and within around 48 hours, i got my letter via email. I had a good time.
