More about RSO
RSO is usually sorted by total cannabinoid content and ratio. Some are labeled THC only, others come as a balanced THC and CBD blend, and the milligram total for the whole package matters more than a percentage. Check whether the oil is described as full spectrum or FECO, which extraction solvent was used, and whether a current lab report shows residual solvent testing.
RSO is one of the few concentrates meant to be swallowed rather than dabbed or vaped, which puts it closer to the ingestible concentrates aisle than to wax or cartridges. People who want a whole plant extract in a measurable form tend to pick it. Anything you buy should come from a licensed producer, so check what your state permits.

How is RSO made and why does it come in a syringe?
RSO is a soak-and-reduce extract. Plant material sits in solvent long enough to strip nearly everything out, then the solvent is evaporated off, with no winterizing or filtering step to pull out waxes and pigment. That unrefined mix is what makes it so dark and so thick. A syringe suits that consistency better than a jar, since the plunger pushes out an even line without waste and the cap keeps air off the oil. Store it cool and upright.
Can I get RSO delivered?
Sometimes, depending on your state. Check whether cannabis delivery covers your address, then look up licensed dispensaries near you and see which ones list RSO syringes. Stock is inconsistent, so calling the shop ahead of a trip helps.
